Appointments Cancelled within 3 hours prior to confirmed appointment.

Need a witness?
Bring your own or Virginia Verified, LLC can provide additional witnesses for $20 each.
NOTES: If your appointment runs over 60 minutes there may be a $25 fee applied for additional time. A Cancellation fee of $75 will be charged if we are unable to complete the closing ceremony due to the following: Same day appointment cancellation, signer missed appointment, documents are missing/incorrect, signer declines to move forward with signing, a redraw of documents is required, the ID verification is unable to be completed or failed, signer is having technical difficulties and unable to join the meeting, etc.
