Need a witness for the closing? You can provide your own or Virginia Verified, LLC can provide witnesses for $20 Each
NOTES: A Cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if we are unable to complete the notarization due to the following: Same day appointment cancellation, signer missed appointment, documents are missing/incorrect, signer declines to move forward with signing, a redraw of documents is required, the ID verification is unable to be completed or failed, signer is having technical difficulties and unable to join the meeting, etc.
